KYC Requirements

1. Important Notice: Effective September 20th 2023, we have updated our policies to require a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all users of the Sunset Purse Marketplace due to regulatory compliance and security.
2. Users without a balance will NOT be approved.
3. The Purse marketplace is shutting down and is in withdraw only mode. KYC is required to log in and make a withdraw only. No other purposes will be approved.
4. If you only need your transaction history report (which includes order history), please contact support on the website or by emailing support@purse.io and requesting a transaction history report. This report will be emailed to you upon request.
To complete KYC, email the following details to kyc@purse.io. Please note that the verification process can take up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Required KYC Information:
The Email Address used for your Purse.io account
Full name as it appears on your official identification document (passport, drivers license, or ID card).
Date of birth and nationality.
Current residential address.
Attach a clear photograph of your official identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license, or national ID).
Attach a selfie with you holding your ID next to your face, ensuring both are clearly visible.
Attach a picture of a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last three months) showing your name and address.
Important Reminders:
* Ensure all provided information is accurate to avoid delays in your KYC verification.
* Please send images as JPEG attachments.
* If you haven't received any communication from us after 2 weeks, kindly contact our support team at support@purse.io for an update on your KYC request status.
* The FAST Batch BTC withdrawal static fee is 0.0021 BTC.
* The SLOW Batch BTC withdrawal static fee is 0.0014 BTC.
